| 1. | We hereby undertake to hold the said property on account of the said bank and subject to its order for the purpose of ultimate sale or exchange or for the purpose of loading , unloading , storing , shipping , transhipping , manufacturing , processing , or otherwise dealing with the said property in a manner preliminary to sale or exchange or for the purpose of presentation , collection , renewal , or registration of transfer , and when sold to pay in the net proceeds to the said bank
